Colors which are generated by the color picker should have the same values when they are gotten by the picker. Instead, some channels may be one step lower than the original. Not sure if this is fixable or if it is in the nature of going back and forth between high and low information.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set arbitrary bit depths for R, G, B.
2. Create a color wheel.
3. Select a color either on the wheel or in the palette.
4. Get the color in the dialog.
5. Compare the quantized color to the original.
