Complete the Alpha Zero best response implementation and include it in the library.

Clean the utils folder. Remove old files, update the necessary ones to fit with open_spiel

The strategy generator is still dependent on the old implementation. I do not think there is a way to use open spiel implementation as a base (without making the program bigger than it is), therefore we should be using the minimal current implementation for it.

Add an in detail game rules section.

Run new strategies, report the bound, include the data:

• 4x3 1.[b2] - strategy for p1 / Expected bound 6/7
• 4x3 1.[b2#b3] - strategy for p0 / => 1/7

• Loading previous policies, or histories.
• Ability to modify any tabular policy.

Add data files to the pypi package. This should have prob one files, strategy files etc

• Random button not working properly
• Rewind not working properly
• Restart needs tweaking
• Log box not functional
• History box not functional

Add instructions and examples on how to use the tools
