program to load images to draw bounding boxes and save the coordinates in a xls file Can load from a folder full of images or extract image from a video file left click and release to establish one point, left click and relase again to establish a second point Bounding box is made from those two points. left click and hold creates a crosshair right and moving horizontally rotates the image. Program has option to predraw bounding boxes by loading an H5 file, used to check for integrity of H5 nueral network and to make corrections to add to future datasets to train it.
