myip.opendns.com is unreachable
I see this message in bcoin every launch:
[I:2019-05-03T00:49:43Z] (net) External IPv4 found (dns): 34.73.86.148.
[D:2019-05-03T00:49:43Z] (net) Could not find external IPv6 (dns).
[D:2019-05-03T00:49:43Z] (net) Error: queryAaaa ECONNREFUSED myip.opendns.com
Just navigating to that URL, looks like a dead site. bcoin did find its IPv4 address already though, not sure if we still need to do the API call? Reminds me of this PR in Bitcoin Core from a while back: bitcoin/bitcoin#3088
