Build Connection point for Arduino to connect to application. Start developing the communication protocols for updating LED patterns/colors

Play around with Amazon SQS (Simple Queue Service) to determine feasibility for implementing the queueing feature.

The logo needs to be updated so it doesnt have the white background on it

Couple things here:

• Do we want to store updated commands on the backend, and have the arduino ping the server?
• Do we even want to do over wifi? Or BT?
• How do we want to handle first connection for user to set up whichever connection method we use? (i.e. First time plug in, the user will have to configure the wifi network if we choose wifi).
• If we choose bluetooth, how will we handle connecting to both the LEDs and music simultaneously? i.e. one person is controlling both the speaker and the lights?

Build a user experience story for the LED control through both web and mobile app.

• What do we want to control? Colours, patterns...etc.

Have a fully functional testbench for the Arduino controlled LED strips.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Have a working, processible AUX voltage signal mapped to the LEDs

Develop a basic Visualization library implementation.

Inputs:

• Analog Input Voltages relating to the Audio Signal
• Pattern Input
• Brightness Input
• Other Inputs ?
• Basic Feedback loop - we don't want random colors, we want it to follow a pattern scheme.

Outputs:

• Output will be a structure representing ((R, G, B), brightness)

Currently Spotify API is set up on our digital ocean server through a raw html / express / node app. Want to integrate it with the layout of our backend stack asap.

Build a simple test page to develop the Play/Pause/Song control functionality. Wire this page with the backend so users can sign in and remotely control their own spotify accounts through our website.
