Wizer should be downloaded automatically, reducing the number of dependencies needed to bundle a PHP application.

Download of runtime.wasm should take place into a sub-directory of the project, instead of user's $HOME. This should either be the only behavior or an optional setting.

Stubs (#2) could also be downloaded to the same directory.

The sub-directory should be automatically added to .gitignore, prompting the user to confirm the action.

We need to add stub download functionality to the tool.

Stubs download should work similarly to how runtime.wasm is downloaded, except it should be stored in the current directory.

We should also explore a post-install-cmd Composer option to download the stubs automatically when the tool is downloaded as a dependency.

A potential idea is also to automatically add the stubs file to .gitignore, prompting user to allow such action beforehand.

Written usage documentation needs to be added to the repository.
