Allow using the arrow keys to move the view around on the infinite grid.

The CLI options aren't described. I know them because I wrote them, but others don't.

Occurs both in the Lanterna terminal emulator and in Gnome Terminal.

Once the terminal is grabbed, even CTRL-C is disabled. On the Lanterna terminal emulator we can close the window, but on a generic terminal window that's undesirable, and on a serial terminal that would be even worse. We should:
[ ] prevent the capture of CTRL-C if possible,
[ ] add a shortcut on Q.
