bayesrules's Issues

plot_normal_likelihood?

I don't know if this is necessary, but just to be consistent it might be good to have this function too.

art_sample

Do we have any track of how art_sample data was sampled?

Add beta-binomial vignette

This vignette should show usage of plot_beta, summarize_beta, plot_beta_binomial, and summarize_beta_binomial functions

summarize_beta()

Make summarize_beta() function that outputs mean, mode, and variance, for given alpha and beta.

plot_beta()

We need to create a function that takes alpha and beta values and outputs a beta pdf.

Colorblind users

Use https://github.com/clauswilke/colorblindr to make changes to plots.

I am moving this issue from the book to the package. Alicia had self-assigned this issue in the book repo thus assigning this to her in the package too. I can also take a look at it when I find the time and this is a priority.

Currently I do not have color blind students in class. Alicia please let me know if you do.

plot_normal axis labels

the x axis for plot normal is
\theta and the y axis if f(\theta), but when I want to plot the prior distribution for \mu (in chapter 5) it should be for \mu instead of \theta... I know this is minor but I think it might be confusing for the students.
