I can confirm. I also have the issue where I need to add this option. I think it would make sense to expose the jsch ssh options in BastillionProperties file to configure.
Otherwise we need to edit the sshutil.java file and add the session ourself.
P.S. here is the small patch that might help you @filipcarlsson
