I'm using the following jQuery YouTube player to load multiple YouTube playlists into a video player.

At the moment, It allows me to switch between playlists, and loads the first video on that playlist - however when I select a different video from that playlist it does not respond/load the video.

The only real difference between my page and the original is that I'm using a .php page instead of .html.

Any ideas why my installtion is not working? thanks

My options:
autoStart: 1,
autoPlay: 1,

but the play is not start, when the srcipt ready.

is it possible to call player-custom-playlist many times in a page?

Hi, I can't tell from any of the demos but do you have a way within your plugin's API to get the playlist from a youtube channel or user?

If not it's something I'll be doing anyway but wanted to know if you'd started on it or could point me in the right direction as to where you'd start.

Currently the plugin assigns the player IDs randomly.
Please modify the plugin to use this only as a fallback scenario in a situation where ID are not provided in the markup (as I hereby vote they should). I would vote for a data-yt-player-id attribute supplied in the wrapper div. This would enable easier event binding to the player instance.
I would also vote that the wrapper be tagged data-yt-player-object with the player object instance.

For instance, go to the advanced example, and check the "Auto Start" and / or the "Auto Play" options and reload... presumably the video is supposed to begin without user interaction?

I am seeing a problem with the Embedded with HTML playlist data source example on the playlist. It doesn't seem to be appearing in the Google Chrome Browser's latest version which i'm using (27.01453.94). Any help would be appreciated.

The YouTube video aren't displaying on iPhone. Is there a way to use youtube's &html5=True parameter within this plugin?

When play button is pressed, the video can't stop or if you move the mouse over the line, don't work either...

is it possible to reverse the playlist? when adding new videos, it would start playing from the newest.

For easier usage, please add option clickToTogglePlay (boolean) which would allow to click anywhere within the movie - as hinted by the main click-to-play button. This should provide YT's default play/pause behavior without need to employ custom toolbar buttons.

How can i use this on blogger.

Native chromeful YouTube player (i.e. with "chromeless" set to false) supports the "autohide" option that automatically hides controls when mouse is away. Please support passing this option with jquery.youtube.player!

Thanks for your work on a great plugin. I used it for a class project (unlvprojects.com). When testing, I noticed that some of the videos stopped loading in the Opera browser, but it worked fine in the others. Thanks again, Robert

I was wondering if it was possible to have multiple playlists and the carousel playlist, at the same time.

When trying to combine the 2 I get an error stating:

Uncaught Error: jCarousel: No width/height set for items. This will cause an infinite loop. Aborting...

OR

jquery.youtube.playerModified.js:803Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'height' of undefined

When trying to load new playlist. Also, it looks as if it is working but the videos dont play, or have the wrong thumbnal.

I was just wondering if it was possible to use both of these functions at the same time. I have also tried to use the default function and then use jCarousel to turn the list items into a carousel but that didnt work.
