Hack your mechanical tally counter to show whatever number you want

How to use

  1. git clone and cmake this project
  2. On your tally counter, reset to 0
  3. Run the program, enter what number you want
  4. Follow the steps to obtain the desired number

Tips if you can't get from number p to number q

  1. Rotate the reset button counter-clockwise and listen carefully to the clicks
  2. It may be necessary to rotate very slowly in order to stop at the middle of two clicks
  3. Rotate the reset button clockwise slowly by a little bit to see if you can get the next number; go back immediately and retry if wrong
