After I publish this app to Azure it automatically directs to the error page. I can get to the Create page by appending Todos/Create to the URL, but then after I create a new Todo item I am again directed to the error page. I am fairly certain all of my database settings and server settings are good.

It's already part of the project that readers clone, so it's not covered in the tutorial.

I imagine you used dotnet ef migrations add InitialCreate (according to EFCore Migrations), but when I do this, the command picks up the Sqlite provider.

In order to make the default branch name more inclusive, I'd suggest to rename it to main. The public documentation that reference this repository is already mentioning the main branch. So making this change will also improve the documentation quality.
