This python app generates a video containing a counter with a specific background color selected by the user. The start and end time of the counter and the video resolution are also selected by the user.

Make sure you have the open cv library

pip install opencv-python

1. You can change start time, end time, background color and resolution of the video from the config.ini.
2. Add the output folder in the same directory of the app.
3. Run the main file.
