explore-uniprotkb-with-amazon-neptune icon explore-uniprotkb-with-amazon-neptune

In this example, we will demonstrate the step-by-step process to create and use your own protein knowledge base using UniProt RDF data. We will show how to ingest a subset of UniProtKB data into your own Amazon Neptune database directly from the Registry of Open Data on AWS. We will then show how to query the data with SPARQL, create new relationships in the data and visualise the data as a graph.

fargate-game-servers icon fargate-game-servers

This repository contains an example solution on how to scale a fleet of game servers on AWS Fargate on Elastic Container Service and route players to game sessions using a Serverless backend. Game Server data is stored in ElastiCache Redis. All resources are deployed with Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, Serverless Application Model, Docker and bash/powershell scripts. By leveraging AWS Fargate for your game servers you don't need to manage the underlying virtual machines.
