Add flag/button to generate a simple read-only html page with the results, for transmission to those with feebler browsers.

All data is currently stored in the url, If the limit is say 2000 chars (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/417142/what-is-the-maximum-length-of-a-url-in-different-browsers), that means 20 people with 140-char item descriptions...

tbh it's a bit complicated -- it's sometimes better for folk who see each other regularly to pair up, somethimes the unreliable person is best paired with the person who doesn't care when they get paid, sometimes the opposite.. However, I should just do it.
