Does it keep sync the youtube playlist with local version?

This project is built using Electron Vue. The Electron Vue project is no longer maintained properly and this has led to multiple dependencies being horribly out of date.

For that reason rather than continue to depend on a project that is unmaintained I have decided to shift this project to Svelte and Electron. My reason for choosing Svelte is that I've had great success in using it for a lot of recent projects as well as some Electron based desktop projects and it has all the features I need to make this project work.

Cloning and installing the dev dependecies it says:

gyp verb check python checking for Python executable "python" in the PATH do i need python installed in order to run your programm ? Thanks
