Hello! This package is indeed an intuitive way of handling the side effects after some action in Prisma. I really think that's worth more stars!

But I have a concern about whether the events are dispatched when we create entities through relations in prisma:

const userAndPosts = await prisma.user.create({
  data: {
    posts: {
      create: [
        { title: 'Prisma Day 2020' }, // Populates authorId with user's id
        { title: 'How to write a Prisma schema' }, // Populates authorId with user's id
      ],
    },
  },
})

in the above example there should be 3 events dispatched:

1. User.create
2. Post.create
3. Post.create (because there will bemultiple rows)

Is this functionality implemented too?
