[Heroku] Support for system enviroment variables

As discussed, official support for the dashboard is possible and infact very easy like AvaIre.

However, inorder to use the deploy button, we need to use enviroment variables.

The project already runs quite ok in Heroku, what safes us/me alot of hassle to bring support.

  • At this point, https doesn't work funny enough, on request i can revert to a previous state to replicate the problem.(1)
  • Support all system enviroment variables, including jawsdb as this is default set.(2)
  • Generating the Laravel Encryption Key requires some.. help. Thanks to this we can maybe do someting like i described here.(2)

If the above can be fufilled, there should be nothing in the way to host avaire's dashboard on Heroku. I'm sure that websockets to the local host are permitted and work. But that's something to worry about later.

(1) Apparently i have a hunch to where the problem might be.
http://dash-avaire.herokuapp.com/js/avaire.js?id=83e94bedbe0c05b0c32e
script src refers to it as http and not https.
(2) Not knowing for sure, but at this moment @ https://dash-avaire.herokuapp.com (this is the newest version, with no .env file) throws an error. I cannot say if the repo already supports system env variables.
