Support Parsing "Sheet Music" into Channels

👋 こんにちわ!

It would be neat if SoundMaker could parse some "sheet music" format and turn them into wave files.

There's a site called noobnotes that seems to have a user-friendly format. (https://noobnotes.net/super-mario-bros-theme-nintendo/?solfege=false)

Here's a potential use case.

Fix a bug of note

ScaleNumberが正しく初期化されない問題を抱えている。
波形計算は正しいが、計算時に誤ってデクリメントしていることが原因。
