We'll need the following endpoints:

• GET :user_id/exercises

  • GET params: user ID
  • response: list of exercises, each with ID, name, goal BPM

• GET :user_id/exercises/:exercise_id/sessions

  • GET params: user ID, exercise ID
  • response: list of sessions for that exercise, each w/ ID, session BPM, etc

• POST :user_id/exercises

  • POST params: user ID, new exercise object

• POST :user_id/exercises/:exercise_id/sessions

  • POST params: user ID, exercise_id, new session object
