I didn't do any testing on using it. Theoretically it should be similar to OptMirror in usage, with some tweeks to the refractive index. I included some code to handle that in the propagator, but didn't test it.

Automatic detection using pwd only works if MATLAB's current pathway is the home directory for the Propagator directory.

ie: Matlab must run code from the home directory of Propagator, with the Propagator directory saved on the search path with all subfolders and files.

FPM application does not yet support Convolutional application with Babinet's Principle, or by means of Zoom-FFT's. Hooks are in place for them to be added.

Currently, trivial application is supported (FFT field at pupil plane to focal plane, apply FPM, FFT back to pupil plane)
