Also make the delete checks optional, so it's possible to just only send update events without checking if a create one was send before.

It can be as simple as checking the GeoJSON object type if it's Feature or FeatureCollection, and in the later case iterate over its feature array. A more advanced aproach would be to generate nested layers for each level of FeatureCollections, but that can be left for a future improvement, maybe enabled behing a flag.
