Provide an easy way to toggle UI visibility

Sometimes I want Hourly Income, often I don't. Rather than wholesale disabling the plugin (requiring an EDMC restart), instead find a way to toggle the UI frame hidden/visible.

  1. Optionally pause data collection during this (separate option?).
  2. It would be nice to collapse the UI to just a title bar, allowing to toggle visibility of the rest without going into Settings.

Update `config.get()` to proper function(s)

EDMC is deprecating plain config.get() for a while now, so update to fix, e.g.
