Hide concrete classes behind interfaces / factory

Add lambda support for resolving LocalizableStrings

Sometimes it can be useful to allow arbitrary lambda evaluation when resolving a LocalizableString. A typical usecase might look something like this

LocalizableString string = new ParametrizedStringResource(R.string.whatever, <my vararg parameters for the format string>);
string.setConsumer( localizedString -> {
    myLocallyAvailableTextView.setText(localizedString);
});

or something like this

LocalizableString string = new DelegatingStringResource(model, (DataModel m) -> {
    if (m.someRequirementThatMayChange() || m.somethingElse()) {
        return R.string.oneCertainResource;
    } else {
        return R.string.someOtherResource;
    }
});

This will obvi. require retro-lambda-support.

Publish the AAR on JCenter.

Setup proguard

Support LocalizableStrings in ParametrizedStringResource

When passing parameters for string formatting in ParametrizedStringResource, actually evaluating other LocalizableStrings before passing them on to Resources as arguments makes a lot of sense.
