browsersize.com's Issues

Window does not resize to the custom size.

This issue occurred while using Google Chrome version 68.0.3440.106, and while using Mozilla Firefox version 61.0.2 on a PC running Windows 10.

At the setmy.browsersize.com page, I entered custom width and height values, and clicked the Set button. Then this error message appeared above the browser screen:

Attention: Your current browser settings probably do not allow the resizing of this window, the window is maximized or the target browser size is larger than your desktop size. As a workaround, a new popup window has been opened. If you think that this assumption was in error, please open an issue. [ X ]

It also launched a new browser window with the same page. However, neither window was set to the custom dimensions I entered. I then entered the custom width and height in the new window, but the same error message appeared, and the new browser window also did not resize to the dimensions I entered.

I entered these dimensions:
Width = 1236, and
Height = 628

These dimensions are well below my monitor's resolution, which is 1920 x 1200.
