php artisan chat:serve about tutorial-laravel-4-real-time-chat HOT 1 OPEN

I found a solution to run this on CentOS 7 if i run this command
php artisan chat:serve
from shel Putty port on server opened and communication start
Now i want to run this command automatically when user open website i add

Artisan::add

command but its not work i try

Artisan::add(new Serve);

but if i use this command error appear
