asreview-ranking-stability's Introduction

DEPRECATED: No longer supported. Only works with version 0 of ASReview.

asreview-ranking-stability

This is a repository containing some code to plot and investigate the rank stability of the predictions coming out of ASReview.

First create a probability matrix from a .h5 state file. Then use the other functions to create plots. Note that if you want to customize a bit more, add a title for example, you will have to change the functions a bit.

License and contact

While examining this repository I noticed that there is no license added, as well as contact persons in case of questions. Since most of the asreview repositories use an Apache 2.0 license, I think this might also be a good fit here?
An example of how to use the code would also be good to add to the documentation.
