I want to tune the calculated pray time, for example add +0.5 or -0.5 minute to the final computed time.

How can I achieve that with your library?

In the http://praytimes.org/manual/#Tuning_Times, on the last section at the bottom, there is tune / offset function.
It seems it is what I after.

tune (offsets)
where offsets is an associative array containing time offsets in minutes for each prayer time.

Example
prayTimes.tune( {sunrise: -1, sunset: 3.5} );

As far as I understand from your code, it has not been supported in your library.

Could you implement that tune / offset function in your library?

I'm working IDE Arduino with Linux Mint using this library. and having an error

Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Uno.

after downloading String.h the error asking about iostream.h but i can't find the right library, and have a same error.
but if i using OS Windows. it's fine no error on it.

if there any solution on it.

but on arduino it still want to improvement
