While using release v0.2.1-1.3.0 (AppImage/Linux x64) and trying to transfer a song as LP via a local atrac-api server, after the song was transcoded, the following error appeared before it was transferred to the MD recorder:

Any attempt to convert WAV or FLAC audio fails with an error message about missing C:\Users\steph\AppData\Local\Programs\electronwmd\resources...\node-encrypt-worker.js but there are only three files in that directory and no folders. I'm not sure how to proceed and the FAQ doesn't make it clear.

Right now the electron app shows the default menubar at the top with useless items (reload, set default download directory etc). Would it be possible to hide it? I've found several workarounds for different versions of Electron, but I'm not that familiar with the Electron framework.

Probably not strictly ElectronWMD issue, but it's the only version that I can get connected to my N920.

If I take any of my m4a music files (doesn't matter lossless or lossy), convert it to wav and then transfer to MD, it'll sound noticeably better than when i put it directly to EWMD and let it do the decoding itself.

I'm using it on macOS Ventura 13.1 at the moment

Not sure what's going on, but I encounter this error when trying to burn my songs in both LP2 and LP4

I have tried wiping the disc and burning them all again, same issue
I also tried this on another MD i have and encounter the same issue

My MD device is the Sony LAM-z05 and I'm on Windows 10

Hi,
I used the "Song recognition" to populate the songs on the minidisc, It found all tracks with no problem. I wanted to use the "Artist - Track" Layout. Upon writing the tracks to disc some tracks where named weird. Look at track 5 and 6 of this image (attempted to Highlight the unwanted part).

In the MD Player display the track name displays correctly, but on the ElectromWMD or Web MiniDisc Pro it shows what you see on the picture.

If I delete or rename the track, the first part before the "/" does not go away. Tracks 5 & 6 Do not display a title on the MD Players screen yet you see what ElectonWMD seen on the picture.

Is it a bug? Did I do something wrong? how do I delete the entire track name to show untitle on ElectronWMD Screen.

Recorder is : Sony MZ-NF610
ElectronWMD Version: 1.3.2
OS: Windows 11

P.S.
Rescanned songs and selected only title to be written. This is what I Got. Tracks 5,6,10,11 (10 and 11 where also affected earlier just didn't show up on the screen shot)

I also restarted PC and MD Player (No battery , Just unplugged Power Supply). No change.

Also Edited Track name on MD player itself. No change when loading to ElectronWMD

I try to transfert mp3 to my MZ N 707 on my Mac , and it stop the transfert in the middle of the Transfert. I try an another time , same problem. I continue with wmd without this problem

I don't submit bug reports often but here goes.

I have an MZ-RH1 and an old MD I'm trying to copy, I'm on manjaro (latest stable kernel, using the appimage version) and besides this it seems to work pretty much flawlessly. However when I try to download a file from it it either crash, freezes or just kinda loops around (you can hear it whirring about with the red light and all) doing nothing.

Thing is, the same disc, same device but on windows has absolutely no issues copying. I tried updating to the latest release as well as make use of the new udev rules, no luck.

I thought maybe you'd have an idea?

I then tried to compile it myself but the things kinda just errored out ( Never had luck with node so I guess not a surprise ¯\(ツ)/¯ ).

easy to install without problem on my small PC (eeepc asus with 2g memory and SSD 250 et windows 7 Pro)
but impossible to connect with Sony MZ N707 or Sony MZ RH 910. I use my 2 HI MD (MZ RH 910 et MZ RH1) on this PC with Sonic Stage Ultimate 4,3 version and I don't install Zadig Drivers.
Is it the problem or something else?

System says it's damaged, tried on M1 Max with Ventura.

Not an issue - just hoping to see the newest update in Elektron form ;)

Hey Folks !

I got a strange behavior, the application hangs/does not start for a very long time, no matter if I use native arm64 or the x64 version for mac os. It needs a few minutes until it finally starts....
I can't tell if it is since macos 13.2.1 or already since macos 13.2 !

Is anyone else have this issue ??

On mac_arm64 version, macOS Sonoma, after de-quarantining and self-signing - it runs, but instead of user interface all I get is just a white screen inside the app window.
Getting back to v0.3.1-1.4.2 solves the issue.
