question: add custom callback on notify

Hey, is it currently possible to add custom data to events using handlers ?
Something like:

    async def add_body_to_notification(self, event):
        if isinstance(event.exception, KeyboardInterrupt):
            return False

        if event.request is not None and event.request.status_code == 505:
            return False

        event.add_tab("body", await event.request.body())
bugsnag.before_notify(BugsnagNotificationHandler.add_body_to_notification)

bugsnag-asgi?

Hi,

This little middleware looks really good, nice work!

Looking at the code, Starlette doesn't actually seem to be a dependency to this project. The middleware implements the ASGI interface, so it should be interoperable with any ASGI server/framework.

Could it be that this could have been bugsnag-asgi?
