Error with Cue v0.6.0-0.dev

This tag seems to be breaking install as it doesn't have any of the correct assets, just the source code.

Installation fails due to unrecognized archive format

Installation of cue versions > 0.2.2 fail with the following error:

∗ Downloading and installing cue...
tar: Error opening archive: Unrecognized archive format
\e[31mFail:\e[m Could not uncompress
\e[31mFail:\e[m An error occurred

Not sure why this is the case.

Downloads broken for latest releases

CUE has changed the name format of the release artifacts for the latest releases. It looks like starting with v0.3.0-beta.5, the naming scheme changed from:

https://github.com/cuelang/cue/releases/download/v0.3.0-beta.5/cue_0.3.0-beta.5_Linux_x86_64.tar.gz

to...

https://github.com/cuelang/cue/releases/download/v0.3.0-beta.7/cue_v0.3.0-beta.7_linux_amd64.tar.gz

There was a similar error on a main workflow a month ago, and again on my PR updating the cue-lang address, and again today.

Install fails on macos arm64 (m1)

Darwin 20.5.0 Darwin Kernel Version 20.5.0: Sat May  8 05:10:31 PDT 2021; root:xnu-7195.121.3~9/RELEASE_ARM64_T8101 arm64

It does work, however, when installed via brew install cue-lang/tap/cue which uses the darwin/amd64 binary via rosetta.
