Sho.io is an HTML presentation app.

How to run locally

You’ll need Node.js to start the server.

Install Meteor:

curl https://install.meteor.com | /bin/sh

Install Meteorite (package manager for Meteor):

npm install -g meteorite

Run from project’s root to start the server:

mrt -p 3333

Open http://localhost:3333/ in browser.

sho.io Login Issue

Hi,

Looks like your backend is storing email in case sensitive format.

Today I've tried to log in by Akim.Khalilov@... and it failed, but with akim.khalilov@... it works fine.

Upload own presentations?

Would be nice to have a possibility to upload own presentation base on Shower. Creating presentation in web interface isn't very comfortable.

no error on websocket fail

Will try to take a look at this when I finish writing my presentation, but I noticed there is no error message if websockets fail, on a preview of a (private currently) presentation. My mobile provider blocks websockets on non https connections, it just needs some message saying what isnt working rather than a completely blank screen...

Shorter urls

Currently a generated token looks like this: C578suCi3LcWBynXF
It's rather long and can be replaced with a shorter version: C578
