For LineageII client files in system folder

##功能

• 编辑system内文件(dat, ini, int)
  
• 自动加解密dat文档(使用1datpatch.bat, 先把dat放在data目录下)

##贡献代码

• 在需要新增新的版本号的ddf文件夹时必须在文件夹最后标注版本号，例如 GOD_Underground_28
• 欢迎向我贡献L2FileEdit主程序源代码以便汉化以及多语言的实现

• Each pull request if add new ddf folder for new L2ProtocolVersion should add _[version] like GOD_Underground_28
