These are working in the very most basic sense. They need to be improved, styled and coded so the sizing will be honored.

The woocommerce upgrade to 2.1 broke the my-account pages so had to go back to "default" permalinks for now. Need to get back to the nicer post-name permalinks for URL sharing.
