Web encoder application to encode image in bpg with the libbpg.org library from Fabrice Bellard (http://bellard.org/bpg). The tool is available online at http://webencoder.libbpg.org/

This is the first open-source release of the project. There may be differences with the online version avaiblable at http://webencoder.libbpg.org/. These differences will disapear with time.

The bpg web encoder is is released under Apache License 2.0.
