I just installed evince 2.32.0.145 from the Chocolatey CLI 0.10.7 on Windows 10 x86_64 Home Edition version 1703, OS Build 15063.332.

Evince gets installed to C:\users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Apps -- but this is not by default part of the user's Path variable, and the Evince script does not add the directory to the Path.

I feel like system-wide installations to Program Files are better because on a multi-user machine, you don't have to separately install the application for each user, and on a single-user machine, they shouldn't have any trouble running as admin to install the application... But if you're going to do a local install to a nonstandard location, it should at least be added to the Path :)

ERROR: The remote file either doesn't exist, is unauthorized, or is forbidden for url 'http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/1/8/118aedd2-152c-453f-bac9-5dd8fb310870/MSKLC.exe'. Exception calling "GetResponse" with "0" argument(s): "The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found."

The current download URL is https://download.microsoft.com/download/6/f/5/6f5ce43a-e892-4fd1-b9a6-1a0cbb64e6e2/MSKLC.exe

This is a 7zip file, with msi and setup.exe in a subfolder named MSKLC.

Also, .NET framework 3.5 is required as a dependency.

CCEnhancer Is out of date the choco version is 4.5.1 and the newest version is 4.5.4, can you please update CCEnhancer to the newest version.
