The scheme_load_string function ends evaluation loop. This is a problem when trying to load utility functions written scheme embedded inside modules (see regex module for an example).

Since this code runs deep inside the virtual machine code and this project is not a high priority for me, I am currently unable to fix this myself so this is an exercise to whoever wants to try.
