Aquire Interviews via LinkedIn

Acquire Interviews via LinkedIn.

The goal is to reach 5 to 10 Interviews, for that, we have to contact at least 200 people.

presentation

-Introduction slides fabian and Fazeel

-Introduction of the challenge

  • Insights of research (fabian)

  • Problem statment (fabian)

  • Ideas how to solve them

Interview question

Two separate sets of interview questions for Siemens and different companies

Incorporate Johanna's Feedback to our current questions:

  • a warm start rather than a cold start
  • ask for job title
  • ask what kind of information they need to track and report using the MIS
  • ask what system they use (if it's not Siemens)
  • ask if they compared to different systems
  • ask for the pain points

Prepare for Interviews

Prepare for this meeting your interview approach
How would you define your target group?
Through which channels do you plan do approach your target group?
How many people do you want/need to contact?
What message do you intend to send them? What exactly do you want to find out from them?
What kind of questions do you want to ask them in the interview? -> Interview guideline doesn't have to be final, we can also review it later
How are you organizing yourselves in your team?
