• a warm start rather than a cold start
• ask for job title
• ask what kind of information they need to track and report using the MIS
• ask what system they use (if it's not Siemens)
• ask if they compared to different systems
• ask for the pain points

Through which channels do you plan do approach your target group?
How many people do you want/need to contact?
What message do you intend to send them? What exactly do you want to find out from them?
What kind of questions do you want to ask them in the interview? -> Interview guideline doesn't have to be final, we can also review it later
How are you organizing yourselves in your team?
