For commands to start with, play, skip, resume, pause, fastforward, rewind, song (title + link, also alias of playing or np), queue, repeat, clearqueue, removefrom, volume. All should be written keeping in mind that playlist creation will be a feature in the future.

Queue should link to /:guildid/queue

Add "waiters" - ability to wait for an event with specified parameters, similar to the old EventWaiter

We need commands for mute, ban, tempban, clear, giverole (give a role to all users, optional specifications like WITHOUT any role or WITH ), blacklist, enable/disable modules. Look at TestCommands.kt for examples on how to use the EventWaiter, send messages, and create commands. Commits can be for singular commands or fixes, and @CodeFromCirc or I will review.
