Hi,

I have several questions about cl-popen:

1. the asd file has some naming errors. Please remove the 'cl-' prefix in CL-POPEN.TEST and RUN-CL-POPEN-TESTS.
2. It seems cl-popen depends on your own fork of iolib, why don't you send a pull request?
3. I can't load cl-popen even if I checkout the master branch of your iolib fork. The following is the error message. Which branch should I use?

Unknown keyword argument IOLIB.SYSCALLS::%STRERROR-R in (IOLIB.SYSCALLS::%STRERROR-R
                                                         ("__xpg_strerror_r"
                                                          "strerror_r")).
Valid keyword arguments are (:LIBRARY
                             :CCONV
                             :CALLING-CONVENTION
                             :CONVENTION).
   [Condition of type CCL::SIMPLE-PROGRAM-ERROR]

I've tested on CCL and SBCL.
