Add unit tests!

Implement auth state check before loading bookmarks (and relying on HttpException)

Either:

• use a HostService and add dependency on module auth
• create a shared viewmodel, as shown in nav component guides
  • consider how this can be implemented in multi-module architecture

Write readme with module overview

implement with concurrency helpers from here if necessary:
