For XKit Rewritten, it's just a list of post IDs. Since backups are exported as plaintext, you should be able to see it (and thus its syntax) once you've blocked a post.
I guess it would be great to have more extension-specific export tools in XKit 7... but that would mean touching that codebase again, and I want to enjoy the illusion of having rid myself of it for a little while longer!
And finally, XKit 7's storage system is garbage. I still think a converter tool would be less painful but it would still be a little painful.

Understandable. Since this sort of data migration would be a one-time thing, do you think it would be possible
a) for users to download/export these lists from New Xkit
b) to include some option in Xkit-Rewritten's interface to import or otherwise mass-upload posts to block?
*I have no idea what syntax either extension uses to store or otherwise "remember" posts, so I don't know what the translation process would look like.

It would be difficult since the two use entirely different storage systems, but a translation tool is something I would also like to see.
