Privileged SCC RoleBinding not created

The component does not create a RoleBinding to use the privileged SCC like this command does: oc adm policy add-scc-to-user privileged -z default -n <keepalivedgroup namespace> which is required according to the documentation: https://github.com/redhat-cop/keepalived-operator/blob/master/README.md#security-context-constraints

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Deploy component-openshift4-keepalived
  2. Create KeepalivedGroup
  3. Create Service consuming the KeepalivedGroup

Actual Behavior

FailedCreate          daemonset/ingress
[...]
provider "privileged": Forbidden: not usable by user or serviceaccount
[...]

Expected Behavior

DaemonSet is created
