Currently some of the models have three different dropout options Standard, Variational, and Word while others have two Dropout and Word Dropout. In this case Word and Word Dropout mean the same thing where as Variational and Standard are a more fine grained way of choosing Dropout. It makes more sense just to have one of these options either three dropout options or two. We are going to Opt for two as standard and vairational are applied in different circumstance e.g. variational when there is a matrix with sequential data and Standatd when the data is represented as a vector.

After changing the dropout API consistency the tests fail.
