The report task has the following inputs.

lenReads and lenCov are based on readLengths and coverages respectively, which are passed in from the previous task. But they show up as user-defined inputs in Terra's UI.

Report by Kenny Westman of the current method passing regardless of matching sums. Kenny used echo "$(cut -f1 -d' ' expected_sum.txt) ${sumstats}" | md5sum --check in his verison.
