Tried swapping 600 FTM from eth network to the phantom network yesterday. It shows the transaction complete 14 hours ago but no coins in my metamask. Dang it! I haven't been scammed until now for almost 3 years!

I sent FTM ERC20 from ETH Mainnet to FTM Opera Chain; but they have never arrived at my FTM Opera.

Swapped from my eth wallet to fantom wallet and it hasn't arrived

Sending a txn over $200k says it "can take up to 12 hours". 12 hours has now passed and even though assets were removed on Eth mainnet, they have not been transferred back into my wallet on the BSC network.

How can I contact someone directly to provide further details and resolve this issue ASAP?

I attempted to swap FTM from Eth mainnet to FTM mainnet and it was got cancelled and my FTM dissapeared

I have transferred 792 Fantom from my Ethereum Mainet to Fantom Opera wallet. My 792 Fantom have been deducted from my ethereum mainet but have not arrived in my Fantom Wallet. I just got scammed. Please help.

I sent FTM ERC20 from ETH Mainnet to FTM Opera Chain. The transfer says success but it has a different receiving address after the bridge/swap. Why is that if multichain.xyz have connected on my wallet alone? Are my funds totally gone now?

i transferred from ethereum mainnet to telos evm mainnet and have the transfer hash to telos but that were it stops, it always says there's no balance of ether, but it was worth $2300 and its been 6 days since i first moved it over, metamask shows ether on telos but its not the right amount and you cant use it in any application and for some reason shows up with the same amount of eth as a tlos coin. (.54 eth at the time to .54 TLOS but are worth different values, that would be my $2300 of eth but instead is almost 50 cents of tlos)

Tried transferring 427 Derc from Eth mainnet to Matic using anyswap, funds disappeared in MM wallet on eth network but have not appeared on Matic network.
Transfer took place 28th Oct, though now I'm off work for a bit & have some time on my hands to try and get this issue sorted.
Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Just yesterday used https://multichain.xyz/ to bridge Ethereum network FTM over to Fantom opera network connected metamask and while bridging FTM, it buffered for a long time with not confirmation of swap being successful on the website. Can see the transaction has been successful and tokens transferred from my address to an address of https://multichain.xyz/ 0x5cBE98480A790554403694b98BFf71A525907f5d still yet to receive my FTM into my Fantom opera wallet?

I failed to convert the USDT cross-chain of the Ethereum chain to the USDT of FANTOM. All the assets disappeared without being withdrawn

I transferred 23779 FTM from Eth mainnet to Opera Mainnet. Its been over 10 hours and I still don't see the funds in my Opera Wallet. Its been deducted from the Eth wallet though. Where are my funds? When will it be available?

I swapped my Ftms from metamask eth network to metamask fantom opera network 12 hours ago on multichain.xyz, but it never showedup in my FTM network. Did I lost my ftms?

I tried to swap my FTM(ETH) to FTM(FTM) (~80K USD)
After processing two transaction, it kepts showing 'Depositing~~~' and then suddenly my Metamask became disconnected from it.
I really hope i would redeem my FTM back.

when I clicked on the final message that I was ready to see the txn ... it appeared to me as if it did not exist
