Create a mutator which applies a user-defined set of changes to a model. By 
this specific evolution scenarios can be simulated.

Add a user interface allowing to configure and run mutations to a selected 
model.

Currently, the mutator wraps one mutation.mutate-call into one command (in the 
editing domains). Some mutations might want to issue several commands or 
specific commands by themselves.

Therefore, let mutations decide whether they intend to handle commands 
themselves.

Extend EcoreMutator so that clients may configure mandatory mutations which 
will anyhow be executed at the beginning of each mutate-call.

Allow to pass a ProgressMonitor to EcoreMutate in order to make it monitorable 
for a future call via a user interface.
