You could use a workaround by setting a timeOut as shown in the code snippet below.

  var timeOut
  chart.listen("rowMouseUp", function (e) {
    if (timeOut){clearTimeout(timeOut);}
    timeOut = setTimeout(function(){
      console.log ('rowMouseUp');      
    });
  });
