Generate additional charts of test results. E.G. a stacked bar chart showing how often a tool fails.

Tool tests are failing at more or less random times. This is most likely due to jobs getting stuck in a paused state causing a timeout in the GitHub runner which then kills the test.

When the testgalaxy1 job times out no other steps are run. This means the handler logs and job information is not saved. While some information will always be lost, the cluster hasn't been destroyed yet so handler logs can still be saved and Galaxy can be queried for job statuses.
