Users have reported that the KOFF (Kerio Outlook Connector Offline Edition) is not automatically updating to on the Terminal servers. This issue persists even after verifying that the server is running the latest Kerio version and restarting Outlook with old connector multiple time. Support team was able to reproduce it in TS 2019, while customer reproduced it on an old supported version.

Actual

After logging into the Terminal server with an older version of the KOFF connector and restarting Outlook, the KOFF does not update to the latest version.

Expecting

KOFF should automatically detect and update to the latest version available when Outlook is started on the Terminal server.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Ensure the Kerio server is running the latest Kerio version (10.0.5).
2. Log into the Terminal server using an account with an outdated KOFF connector.
3. Start Outlook.
4. No KOFF update is triggered.
   The Eng team can use the terminal server and Kerio server from CS lab : Accessing the Public-facing Kerio Connect test server, macOS Test Lab and Terminal Server 2019 lab

Additional Information

The current KOFF version on the terminal server is 10.0.7941

Check the Kerio Server version is 10.0.5
